Nestle Health Science Acquires Puravida

Nestle Health Science expands its product portfolio with the acquisition of Puravida.

Puravida is a Brazil-based dietary supplement and nutritional product company which owns a lot of brands across organic, natural, and plant-based foods, as well as clean-label and concentrated supplements.

The acquisition will enable Nestle Health Sciences to expand its consumer health product portfolio in Brazil and the rest of South America, as the acquisition has happened in the middle of growing demand for nutritional supplements in South America, since the COVID-19 pandemic.
