NextFerm Launches Yeast-Based Vegan Protein
NextFerm, an Israel-based biotechnological company has announced the launch of its yeast-based vegan Protein, ProteVin. The novel protein is claimed to not possess any of the aftertastes that are associated with many plant-based proteins such as soy, pea, and rice, among others.
ProteVin is produced using fermentation, and it is claimed to be highly digestible, non-GMO, and whole protein which can be used across plant-based meat and milk products.
